Preparing for your cat's stay
YOUR CAT'S SUITCASE
Your cat can bring whatever they deem necessary for their stay! To make your cat feel at home, and because we offer individual rooms, they can bring their personal belongings. They can put their favorite pillow or toy in their suitcase, even if we have plenty. In addition to their suitcase, your cat can also leave their carrier with us at no extra cost.

For the well-being of your pet during their stay with us, please bring:
-
His health record (up-to-date vaccinations) and proof of sterilization.
-
Medication if necessary (no additional costs)
-
Food (dry or wet): Plan two extra meals in case of unforeseen circumstances. The food must be in an airtight container labeled with the animal's name.
-
Clumping sand is provided for a fee of $15 for a stay of a few days to 2 weeks.
Presumption of risk
-
The owner of the animal visiting LES PETITS VACANCIERS acknowledges that the owner of the LES PETITS VACANCIERS daycare is not a veterinarian and cannot be held responsible for the detection or diagnosis of illnesses or health problems that may arise during their animal's stay at LES PETITS VACANCIERS.
-
The pet owner also acknowledges that vaccines, while generally effective, do not provide 100% protection against contagious diseases and certain viruses that are still ubiquitous. The owner agrees to inform the kennel of any physical disability, illness, or medical treatment specific to their pet.
-
By entrusting their animal to LES PETITS VACANCIERS, the owner of the latter acknowledges assuming all risks of illness or injury that may be caused to their animal.
Emergency Accident Policy
-
In the event of an emergency situation, the owners of the sick or injured animal will be contacted promptly.
-
Attempts to contact the animal's owners or the person responsible will be made to inform the relevant people of the situation.
-
In the event that the owners are not accessible in an emergency in any way, the owner grants LES PETITS VACANCIERS the right to have the cat examined by a veterinarian and to follow any possible medical prescription for care deemed necessary by the veterinarian. At the owner's expense.
-
The costs resulting from his care must be reimbursed by the owner upon presentation of supporting documents issued by the veterinarian.
Abandonments:
If the pet owner does not show up to collect their companion within 10 days of the scheduled departure date, LES PETITS VACANCIERS will attempt to contact them, followed by the contact person.
In the event that it is impossible to contact someone, LES PETITS VACANCIERS reserves the right to hand over the animal to an organization dedicated to the protection of animals.
All additional costs will be the responsibility of the owner (care costs, transport, food, etc.)
